Kaleidoscope are pleased to announce the launch of an exciting new service for 2012. For the first time ever Kaleidoscope’s award winning production team will be available to companies throughout Northern Ireland. Kaleidoscope new Production Services department offers everything from Set Design and Build to Costumes, Specialist Props, Make Up Artists as well professional Audio Visual and Lighting services.
Set Design and Build
Kaleidoscope’s award winning set design and construction team are among the best in Europe. Our sets are magnificently detailed and finished to the highest artistic standard. They are also sturdy enough to withstand the rigours of heavy and prolonged usage while at the same time being lightweight, easily assembled and dismantled making them perfect for both touring and static productions. Our specialist team of designers, carpenters, set painters and prop makers can work to a design brief or work with you to create a set that meets your artistic expectations and your practical needs as well as your budget. We can include everything from design, construction, delivery, assembly, maintenance, removal and disposal.
Costume
Timothy Markey is a designer and owner of the Revolution Clothing brand, he is also Kaleidoscope’s in house costume specialist. Tim is one of the best costume consultants in theUK. As well as advising you on your costume concept and design, Tim can work within your budget to source and supply all the costumes you’ll need to make your production come to life.
Make Up and Hair
Kaleidoscope’s team of professional make up artists and hair stylists might be just what you need to put the finishing touches to your production. Our professionally trained make up artists specialise in everything from simple naturalism to total fantasy. Our artists can also create incredible latex special effects from monstrous prosthetics to incredibly realistic wounds and injuries. Our hair stylists are experts in recreating period fashions and authentic styles from any era.
Lighting and Sound
Kaleidoscope can help you take the stress out of opening night by arranging for all your Lighting and Sound needs. We can provide skilled professional technicians and the latest equipment to make your production look and sound incredible. Our lighting technicians can work with you to create a unique lighting design for your production while our sound engineers can handle everything from microphones to monitors. Our technicians will be on hand to ensure that everything from your dress rehearsal to you final performance goes without a hitch.
