Kaleidoscope offer a number of performing arts programmes for both primary and post primary schools.
At Kaleidoscope we have over ten years experience of providing creative education through the performing arts. Our tutors are all qualified practitioners with a range of different specialisms including drama, dance, mime, improvisation and more. Our facilitators have all received child protection training as well as health and safety training and all have undergone stringent access checks.
Kaleidoscope offers a number of bespoke programmes to support Extended Schools. These programmes include everything from one off taster workshops to programmes extending over a single term or full academic year. Our sessions are designed to be enjoyable, creative and educational, offering students the opportunity to engage in the development of their imagination and creative skills.
For those schools offering drama at key stage two and three, Kaleidoscope offers a range of different workshops and courses to complement and augment the syllabus. These workshops are aimed at helping students to develop the basic skills of drama, performance and theatrical presentation.
Kaleidoscope offer a number of programmes aimed at supporting the GCSE Drama Syllabus. We offer expert advice and assistance to student groups in the preparation and presentation of their Final Performance Piece. We also offer help throughout the year offering specialist training workshops to help students to further develop their skills and understanding in the key competencies such as Voice, Movement, Character Portrayal, Understanding and Interpreting Text etc.
